HOW TO GET HERE
Long Island, Digby County, Nova Scotia.  Long Island, separated
from Digby Neck by Petite Passage and surrounded by the Bay of
Fundy, is reached by car ferry from East Ferry following route 217
from Digby.  The ferry leaves East Ferry for Tiverton each hour on
the half hour.  Allow 45 minutes travel time from Digby, and 3-5
minutes for the ferry crossing.  The cost is $
5.00 return trip.

Our friends "from away" can enter Nova Scotia through Yarmouth
(by ferry from Portland or Bar Harbour, Maine), through Digby (by
ferry from St. John, New Brunswick), or by highway through New
Brunswick.
